Dialogue is seeking a Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our team and support members through the Mental Health+ program and Employee Assistance Program. Working with Manager, Member Services, you will ensure patients have a supportive and unforgettable experience throughout their care journey.

You will assess and check in on active cases, assist clinicians, analyze needs, and uphold patient safety while delivering compassionate, high-quality care to diverse individuals across Canada.
