Candidates should have a solid background as Heavy Equipment Technicians, Millwrights, or Engineers.
Your role will involve conducting equipment audits and providing tailored technical recommendations to enhance equipment reliability and availability. Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with mining customers as a trusted advisor
- Conduct site visits and equipment inspections regularly
- Assess machine health and deliver comprehensive analysis
- Prepare reports highlighting performance improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with service teams for timely support delivery Requirements:
- Journeyperson certification or equivalent mining experience
- Minimum 5 years in customer-facing roles
- Valid class 5 drivers license
- Knowledge of shovels and drills needed
