Load and unload items from moving trucks or vehicles.

Safely lift, carry, and transport heavy items.

Help move furniture and belongings from one location to another.

Ensure items are handled carefully to prevent damage.

Assist with basic moving-related tasks as needed.

Keep the moving area clean and organized.

Requirements:

Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
