Responsibilities

- Repair and overhaul airframe components in accordance with technical manuals (SRM, CMM, AMM, etc.);
- Meticulously read and interpret technical manuals and work instructions;
- Follow M1 manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance;
- Inspect parts for damage and discrepancies;
- Identify parts, raw materials,



and hardware required to perform repairs;
- Report all non-conformities to the quality department and ensure proper disposition;
- Work closely with colleagues, team leader, and supervisor to ensure units are completed on time according to the schedule;
- Document the completion of inspections and tasks, materials and equipment used, and sign/stamp all your work;
- Be a role model for safety and cleanliness in your work area.

Profile

- College diploma in aircraft maintenance or equivalent;
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience;
- Experience working with SRMs and MMTs on composite and/or sheet metal structures;
- Precision, dexterity, and quality in your work;
- Initiative and a sense of responsibility;
- Teamwork and flexibility;
- Mandatory French, English is an asset
