Oversee wastewater enforcement programs with Niagara Region as the Municipal Wastewater Enforcement Manager. Champion compliance with environmental regulations while engaging with community concerns. As part of your responsibilities, you will report to the Manager of Compliance, Enforcement and Lab Services, ensuring the effectiveness of the Sewer Use By-law Enforcement and hauled sewage initiative.

This role requires deep knowledge of compliance monitoring, enforcement actions, and legal requirements to protect Niagara’s crucial water resources. Your leadership will be pivotal in addressing community inquiries and advancing sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and lead the Sewer Use By-law Enforcement program




- Respond to inquiries from the public and agencies
- Oversee the issuance of regulatory documentation
- Manage evidence collection and investigations
- Develop policies to ensure compliance effectiveness Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in law enforcement or similar
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in regulatory enforcement
- Proficient in investigative practices and environmental compliance Leverage your expertise in regulatory management to support the Niagara community’s environmental health.
