We are seeking a National Director of Wellness Strategy to lead the development and evolution of our national wellness strategy, with an immediate focus on Allbright, functional health and wellness clinics, and Lifestyle Residences. The role will establish the strategy, standards, and partnerships needed to deliver integrated, evidence-informed wellness experiences that bring together clinical insight, diagnostics, fitness, lifestyle programming, and personalized wellness planning.

About The Opportunity

- Develop and champion a national wellness strategy, philosophy, roadmap, and governance framework

- Design and evolve integrated wellness offerings that connect assessments, diagnostics, personalized health planning, fitness, lifestyle, and interdisciplinary programming

- Establish consistent standards, frameworks, and operating models that support high-quality, evidence-informed, and scalable wellness experiences

- Partner with clinical leaders,



practitioners, operations, hospitality, and external specialists to create coordinated and personalized wellness experiences

- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of wellness programs, providing tools, training, resources, and guidance to support consistent delivery

- Establish measures of success and use data, feedback, and outcomes to inform strategy and continuous improvement

- Build strategic relationships with healthcare providers, wellness organizations, practitioners, researchers, and other external partners

- Serve as an ambassador for the organization and contribute to its profile as a leader in modern, integrated, and preventative wellness

- Build organizational capability in wellness strategy, innovation, and execution while fostering a culture of wellbeing, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

About You In addition to placing high value on collaboration, innovation, accountability, and service excellence, you bring:

- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Degree or certification in health, wellness, kinesiology, public health, business, or a related field would be considered an asset

- Senior leadership experience in wellness, health services, or a related field.

- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing wellness programs, services, or strategies

- Strong understanding of whole-person, preventative, and personalized approaches to health and wellbeing

- Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.

- The ability to translate emerging wellness trends, research, and evidence into practical and differentiated offerings
- A demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution and operational realities
