New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Network Team Lead to oversee the project delivery team responsible for the delivery of Network Projects.

Responsibilities

- Guide the detailing of high level network designs into deployable solutions.

- Lead the Technical Network engagement with the business to develop solutions and recommendations.

- Oversee project network engineers who install, commission, test and accept new deployment activities on projects.

- Oversee network documentation, ensure proper updating and maintaining network drawings and plans, and generate Bill of Materials to support/manage appropriate equipment procurement.

- Lead Network Capacity Management to assess project and resourcing risks and mitigations.

Requirements

- 10 years of progressively more responsible positions.





- Expert knowledge of Cisco networking equipment and software - Cisco CCNP or equivalent - with a minimum 10 years’ experience with design and deployment of enterprise networks in mission-critical, 7x24 production environments.

- Proven experience managing Network teams in an enterprise workplace.

- Proven experience developing Network designs and documentation.

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for working with individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

- The ability to empower staff in a team environment.

- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to liaise and interact with all levels of the organization.
