Truck Preparation Technician – Day Shift

Are you hands-on, resourceful, and enjoy seeing the concrete results of your work? Join our team as a New Truck Preparation Technician at our Laval branch and help prepare our vehicles before they are delivered to our customers.

Salary: Starting at $20.37/hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Prepare new trucks prior to delivery;
- Install various accessories and equipment according to customer requirements;
- Perform basic mechanical adjustments and repairs;




- Check the operation of various equipment and components;
- Carry out the necessary inspections to ensure trucks are ready for delivery;
- Identify and report any required adjustments or corrective work;
- Complete required documents and work orders;
- Move vehicles as needed;
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe;
- Collaborate with different team members to ensure high-quality vehicle preparation.

Experience, Training & Skills That Would Be an Asset

- Hands-on and resourceful;
- Good mechanical skills;
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality work;
- Autonomous and well-organized;
- Enjoy working as part of a team;
- Hold a valid driver's licence;
- Experience in mechanics, equipment installation, or a similar position is an asset.
