AIIM, based in Toronto, is seeking an experienced business development professional with a track record of creating and closing opportunities within the not-for-profit and charitable sector. This is a 100% new-business hunting role with a first-year target of $750,000 in current revenue and no inherited portfolio.

You will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to signed contracts, engaging senior decision-makers across fundraising, donor services and marketing, and coordinating formal RFP
