Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator – Pro Administration

We’re hiring an Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator to support our sites in maintaining protected, compliant, and effective workplaces.

Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Occupational Health & Safety, you’ll work with site and operational leaders to support WorkSafeBC and COR requirements, injury prevention, risk management, safety education, and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

- 1–2 years of related experience
- COR® Internal Auditor Certification
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Independent transportation for travel between assigned worksites

Key responsibilities:

- Support site OHS programs and WorkSafeBC compliance




- Conduct risk assessments and annual COR/site audits
- Review incidents and support injury-prevention initiatives
- Provide OHS coaching and training
- Analyze safety trends and recommend improvements
- Support Safety Management System policies and procedures

What we offer:

- $75,000–$80,000, based on experience
