We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to provide community-based occupational therapy services to clients injured in motor vehicle accidents.

This opportunity is well suited to an OT who operates an independent practice, is looking to expand their private caseload, or is interested in flexible contract work alongside an existing postion.

Qualifications

- Proof of current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Proof of professional liability
- Valid drivers license

Responsibilities The Occupational Therapist may provide services including:
- MVA-related occupational therapy assessments and treatment
- Home safety and accessibility assessments
- Functional rehabilitation and community reintegration
- Equipement and assistive devices recommendations




- Progress repots and other clinical documentation if needed
- Collaboration with physicians, psychologists, case manger and other members of the rehabilitation team
