We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team in Red Deer.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Answering phones and assisting with general inquiries
- Issuing and tracking purchase orders
- Sorting and organizing packing slips and invoices
- Reviewing and processing employee timesheets
- Receiving and sorting mail
- Monitoring and responding to general office emails
- Receiving and shipping parts
- Preparing customer invoices




- Filing and maintaining organized office records
- Organizing supplier statements and invoices for month-end
- Assisting with various other day-to-day administrative duties as required

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, reliable, friendly and comfortable multitasking. The right person will be able to work independently while also enjoying being part of a close-knit team.

Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred. Experience with Sage 50 Accounting or other accounting software is considered an asset, but is not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
