We are currently recruiting a Office assistant for our Ontario service location in Mississauga.
-Answer phone (take messages/direct calls) and e-mails
-Assist with sales orders
-Assist with sales and services reports
-Assist with bills and QC creation
-Assist in receiving orders after these arrive
-Provide pricing for sales order as needed
Qualifications
-Previous experience in an administrative or office role (an asset)
-Experience with the Microsoft suites

Pay: $25.30-$30.12 per hour
