About the Role

TSS Mechanical is looking for skilled individuals with experience in oil‑fired heating systems. We have openings for both certified Journeypersons and registered Apprentices who want steady work and a supportive team environment.

Key Duties

- Install, service, and repair oil‑based heating equipment

- Diagnose performance issues and complete corrective work

- Carry out scheduled maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation

- Follow all safety procedures, codes, and regulatory requirements

- Work on a mix of residential and commercial projects across Yellowknife

Required Skills & Credentials

- Journeyperson Oil Burner Mechanic certification or registered apprentice status

- Strong understanding of oil heating systems, safety practices,



and applicable codes

- Solid mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting ability

- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
