The Role

As a Pan Room Operator - Polish, you will support daily production while ensuring food quality, safety, and production standards are consistently met. You will monitor product quality throughout the process, follow established recipes and procedures, complete required production and traceability records, and maintain a clean and secure work environment. You will identify and communicate any food safety, quality, equipment, or production concerns to the appropriate lead or supervisor.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education and/or food industry background with experience is an asset.
- Computer literate with the ability to complete paperwork as assigned.
- Dependablewithagoodattendancerecord.

- Abilitytoworkshiftwork,including8-to-12-hourshifts,holidays,overtime,andcall-inshiftsasrequired.
- Nobendingorliftingrestrictions.
