Operations Manager – Stratus Clean (Hamilton to Niagara)

Stratus Clean is a commercial cleaning company that cleans about 450 buildings every week across Southern Ontario, including offices, medical clinics, schools and industrial sites. Our cleaning is done by local franchise owners, and we're looking for someone to make sure every building in our Hamilton to Niagara territory is getting the service it's paying for.

What you'll actually be doing

- Visiting customer sites across Hamilton and Niagara to inspect cleaning quality
- Being the main point of contact for customers in your territory, including handling complaints and making sure issues get fixed
- Supporting and training our franchise owners so they can deliver to our standards
- Onboarding new accounts and making sure the first few weeks go smoothly
- Spotting opportunities for additional services and passing them to our sales team
- Keeping inspections, notes and account history up to date in our systems
- Working with our office team in Burlington on scheduling, billing questions and account changes

What we're looking for

- 2+ years in operations, facilities, property management, or a customer-facing field role
- Comfortable being on the road most of the day and managing your own schedule




- Adaptable with your schedule. Some evening and weekend site visits are part of the job, and you'll adjust your regular hours to balance them out
- Able to have direct conversations with customers and business owners when something isn't right
- Organized and good with follow-up. You close the loop on every issue
- Comfortable with a laptop, phone and CRM-type software
- Valid Ontario G licence and a clean driving record
- Bonus: experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or franchise operations
