We are a Toronto-based Korean-owned optical lens wholesale company specializing in supplying optical lenses to optical stores across the Greater Toronto Area.

Due to continued business expansion, we are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing team.

We are currently hiring for two positions:

- Optical Lens Sales Representative
- Optical Lab Technician / Lens Edging Technician

1. Optical Lens Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated sales representative to introduce and sell optical lenses to optical stores throughout Toronto and the GTA.

Responsibilities:

- Visit optical stores throughout Toronto and the GTA
- Introduce and sell optical lens products
- Develop and maintain relationships with optical stores and customers
- Identify new business opportunities
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
- Work toward sales goals and build long-term customer relationships

Qualifications

- Own vehicle is required for this position
- Valid driver's license
- Able to drive to and visit optical stores throughout Toronto and the GTA
- Able to communicate and conduct sales in English
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong sales mindset
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Optical industry experience is an asset, but not required

Compensation

Base salary + commission

Compensation will be discussed during the interview based on experience and qualifications.

2. Optical Lab Technician / Lens Edging Technician

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with optical lens processing and edging.

Responsibilities:

- Process and edge optical lenses
- Operate optical lens processing and edging equipment




- Prepare lenses according to job specifications
- Inspect finished lenses for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other general optical lab duties as required

Qualifications

- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Good hand strength and ability to work with tools and equipment
- Comfortable operating machinery
- Detail-oriented and careful with work
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Willing to learn new skills
- Previous experience with optical lens processing or edging is an asset
- Previous experience in the optical industry is an asset

Compensation $17.60–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

Training Provided

No previous optical industry experience is required.

We provide on-the-job training for candidates who are new to optical lenses and lens processing. You will receive the necessary training before working independently.

If you have previous experience in the optical industry, optical lens processing, edging, or optical sales, your experience will be considered an asset.

Employment Details

- Full-time or part time available
- Work schedule to be discussed during the interview
- Compensation is based on position, experience, and skill level
- Cash payment is not available
