Are you an experienced Optician with a passion for leadership, patient care, and business growth?

We're seeking a Sales Manager Lead to support and inspire our teams across two thriving locations, IRIS Sidney and IRIS Langford.

This full time, shared leadership role offers the opportunity to drive sales performance, mentor team members, elevate the patient experience while support the Store Mangers to shape the ongoing success of both clinics.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to develop sales strategies, coach optical staff, identify growth opportunities and foster a culture of excellence in customer care.

This position is ideal for an Optician who enjoys building relationships, leading by example and creating high-performing teams while remaining actively involved in patient care.

This is an especially exciting time to join these locations. Both practices have recently been refreshed to enhance the patient and team experience.

IRIS Langford (655) has recently been repainted, creating a bright and welcoming environment, while IRIS Sidney (654) has just completed a full renovation and expansion, providing a beautiful, modern space designed to support future growth and exceptional patient care.
