We are looking for a full-time, optometric or optical assistant at our Panorama and Bridgeland offices.

Responsibilities include helping patients with pretest, dispensing and perform frame adjustment/repairs. They will also be performing administrative tasks included but not limited to: checking patients in and out, making out going phone calls, taking in coming phone calls, responding and sending emails, and processing insurance. The ideal candidate would have exceptional customer service and works well with a team.

Training/Education

- Ophthalmic and Optometric Assistant Certificate is an asset.
- Experience is preferred. We are able to provide training.
- Computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical records.

- Browz Eyeware is a family oriented clinic providing eye care to patients for all ages. In addition, we provide specialized services such as Vision Therapy and Sports Vision Training (We are the Team Optometrist for the Calgary Flames). We have a wide selection of frames from Westgroupe, Safilo, Kering, Luxoticca etc. We use mainly Hoya and Zeiss lenses.
- Pay rate commensurate with skill set and experience.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
