Role Description This remote, contract role focuses on Oracle Financials Cloud Accounts Receivable (AR), supporting clients in optimizing their finance operations within Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining AR modules, managing customer billing and collections processes, and ensuring accurate posting of transactions and reconciliations. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements, map them to Oracle Financials Cloud capabilities, and design solutions that streamline end-to-end AR processes. The professional in this role will analyze issues, perform root-cause analysis,



support integrations with other Oracle and third-party applications, and provide user training and documentation.

Ongoing tasks include testing enhancements, supporting releases, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process and Consulting skills to analyze requirements, design solutions, and guide stakeholders through Oracle Financials Cloud AR implementations.
- Experience with Oracle Applications, including Oracle Financials Cloud (especially Accounts Receivable), and familiarity with related finance modules.
- Knowledge of Integration practices, including integrating Oracle Financials Cloud with other Oracle modules and external systems, and working with APIs or middleware tools.
- Exposure to Oracle HR or broader Oracle Cloud suites is beneficial for understanding enterprise-wide data flows and dependencies.
- Hands-on experience configuring AR setups such as customer accounts, payment terms, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into system configurations, perform testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and support production deployments.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote and distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
