Order Desk Intern

Classification: Full Time/hybrid

Job Summary

Responsible for processing & managing REF customer orders and ensuring that they are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Duties

1. Receiving & processing orders submitted by email, EDI or other forms of communication.
2. Verifying customer data & ensuring it is accurate & complete
3. Coordinating with other departments (ex: finance team) to ensure orders are released & fulfilled
4. Pick releasing orders to the logistics team
5. Communicating with customers to provide updated order status
6. Sending out open order& pending order reports to customers & internal departments
7. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during order fulfillment process
8. Providing exceptional customer support
9. Auditing & processing and logistics invoices related to the SJV
10. Any other tasks assigned by management

Required Qualifications

1. Receiving & processing orders submitted by email, EDI or other forms of communication.
2. Ensuring POs are released based on allocation
3. Verifying customer data & ensuring it is accurate & complete
4. Coordinating with other departments (ex: finance team)



to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
5. Communicating with customers to provide updated order status
6. Sending out open order reports to customers & internal departments
7. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during order fulfillment process
8. Providing exceptional customer support
9. Any other tasks assigned by management

The expected base salary range for this role is CAD $18-$22/hour Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the position. This job posting represents a current opportunity within the company.
