Job SummaryNew Almanic International Ltd. is seeking a reliable, hardworking Full-Time Permanent Order Picker to join our warehouse and distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, assisting with container unloading, supporting inventory maintenance, and occasionally accompanying delivery drivers as a delivery helper upon request.The ideal candidate possesses strong physical stamina, sharp attention to detail, and a flexible, team-first attitude suited for a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment.Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for daily shipment.
- Assist with manual loading and unloading of shipping containers and delivery trucks (hand-bombing).
- Move and stage merchandise safely using reach trucks, pallet jacks, and hand carts.
- Delivery Support: Accompany the company delivery truck as a driver helper when requested, assisting with offloading and hand-delivering products to customer locations.
- Support receiving operations by checking and verifying incoming shipments against packing slips.
- Assist with basic inventory updates and administrative order processing as needed.
- Organize stock,



replenish pick faces, and maintain clean, safe storage aisles.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and collaborate to meet daily cut-off times.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Physical Ability: Able and willing to repeatedly lift and carry items up to 50 lbs throughout the day (both in the warehouse and during off-site delivery drop-offs).
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time, permanent basis.
- Communication: Working proficiency in English (reading order sheets, delivery invoices, and writing basic notes).
- Work Ethic & Flexibility: Dependable, punctual, and willing to step in for off-site delivery assistance when scheduled.
- Equipment Experience (Solid Asset): Experience operating a reach truck or forklift is a strong advantage.
- Software Experience (Asset): Familiarity or prior experience with QuickBooks is an asset.
- Warehouse Experience (Asset): Prior order picking, packing, or delivery helper experience is preferred.
- Language (Asset): Ability to speak Tagalog is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
