Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Organization Design and Classification Consultant. We are seeking a Senior Level Organizational Design and Classification Consultant for a Government of Canada client. The consultant must have expertise in writing and classification evaluation and organizational design,



and must specialize in classification work for the Government of Canada's executive group and/or nonexecutive groups.

The current requirement involves collaborating with management to assist in the process of classification grievances and redress requests.

The work will be conducted remotely on an "as and when requested" basis.

Must have

- Minimum of 10+ years classification experience using Treasury Board Job Evaluation Standards.
- Experience in participating in grievance or redress committees.
- Experience in conducting job validation reviews for a federal government department or agency.
- Completed Government of Canada's Qualified Occupational Accreditation in Classification and hold a valid TBS Classification Accreditation.
- Valid Government of Canada Security Clearance.
