We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Winter Seasonal Outdoor Operations Team Members. Opportunities are available in Lift and Base Operations, Snowmaking, and Terrain Park.

Your Role

As an Outdoor Operations Team Member, your number one responsibility is safety —your own, our guests, and your fellow employees.

With a friendly and helpful attitude, strong teamwork, and a commitment to efficient service, you will help create an exceptional mountain experience for everyone.

Depending On Your Assigned Area, Your Responsibilities May Include

Lift Operations

- Assist with ticket validation, lift lines, and safe guest loading
- Provide friendly guidance and exceptional guest service
- Complete daily inspections, operational checks, and documentation
- Maintain ramps, signage, ropes, gates, and surrounding areas
- Perform snow removal and general outdoor housekeeping
- Follow all safety and emergency procedures
- Act as a Resort Ambassador by assisting guests with resort information
- Work safely outdoors in changing winter conditions

Snowmaking

- Safely operate, monitor, and maintain snowmaking equipment and systems
- Complete routine equipment checks, maintenance, and record keeping
- Assist with snow removal, ice clearing and general outdoor labour




- Identify and report safety hazards or equipment issues
- Follow all RCR safety policies and operating procedures
- Work safely outdoors in all winter conditions

Terrain Park

- Inspect, test, and maintain terrain park features throughout the day
- Maintain fencing, signage, markers, features, and park areas
- Assist with park builds, take-offs, landings, and snow maintenance
- Promote proper terrain park etiquette
- Work closely with Grooming, Snowmaking, and Ski Patrol to provide a safe, high-quality terrain park experience

You Have

- An outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good punctuality and reliability
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physical work outdoors in winter conditions
- A strong commitment to guest service and safety
- The ability to accept responsibility and follow established procedures
- Skiing or snowboarding ability suitable for the position and assigned work area

Minimum Age Requirements

- Lift Operators: 18+
- Ticket checker/Snow removal: 16+
- Snowmakers: 18+
