Outside Fire Extinguisher Service Technician (with Light Sales Duties)

G.P. Fire Extinguisher & Safety is seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to add to our team as an Outside Fire Extinguisher Service Technician. This role focuses primarily on in office inspection, maintenance, and servicing of fire extinguishers and safety equipment, with some light sales and customer service responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform in office inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire extinguishers and related safety equipment
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations
- Deliver and install safety supplies at customer locations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers




- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate safety products (light sales)
- Travel to nearby communities during work hours as required

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales or experience with safety products (PPE, extinguishers, etc.) is an asset; training will be provided
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs on a regular basis

Pay: From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
