We are looking for motivated and confident Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team. This position involves representing two different services through direct door-to-door sales: Eco Star Insulation for residential customers and Rogers telecommunications services for businesses.

Representatives will conduct residential door-to-door sales for Eco Star Insulation, speaking with homeowners about their current insulation, energy efficiency, available rebate programs, and potential opportunities to reduce energy costs.

Representatives will also conduct B2B door-to-door sales for Rogers, visiting local businesses to introduce available internet and mobility services, identify their current needs, explain promotions and pricing, and generate or close current accounts.





Responsibilities include approaching residential and business customers, explaining services clearly, identifying customer needs, handling objections, generating qualified leads, following up with potential customers, and working toward individual sales targets.

Previous sales experience is an asset but not required. We are looking for individuals who are confident speaking with new people, motivated by performance, willing to work in the field, and interested in developing their sales and communication skills.

Pay: $750.00-$2,000.00 per week
