POSITION SUMMARY The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, growing sales within an assigned territory, and identifying new business opportunities. The position works closely with customers and internal departments to promote products, provide solutions, and deliver ongoing customer support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Establishes and maintains personal contact with customers and prospects within assigned territories.
- Manages and increases sales with existing accounts.
- Develops new customers and expands the company’s customer base.
- Identifies, qualifies, and follows up on new sales opportunities.
- Promotes new products, services, and company initiatives.
- Prepares quotes, proposals, and other sales documentation.
- Provides ongoing after-sales support and addresses customer needs.
- Liaises with internal departments to coordinate customer requirements and resolve issues.
- Maintains accurate customer and sales activity records.
- Prepares call reports, follow-up reports, expense reports,



and other required sales documentation.
- Participates in trade shows, customer meetings, and other promotional events.
- Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bilingual in French and English.
- University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in industrial products, wholesale distribution, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing customer accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Total Compensation including Commission is 65k - 70k on average.
