Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Vancouver A, BC. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting local residential, commercial, and strata clients and scheduling in-person meetings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, performing site visits to understand client needs, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up to close deals.

The role involves building long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support, and coordinating with operations to ensure services meet client expectations.





The Outside Sales

Representative will also track sales activities, maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM or tracking tools, and collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and local market initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills to effectively showcase services and grow the client base.
- Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to maintain long-term client partnerships and ensure satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written abilities and confident in-person interaction.
- Prior experience in outside sales, field sales, or business development, ideally in cleaning services, facilities, property management, or related industries.
- Proven ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits within Metro Vancouver A, BC.
- Comfort using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) for tracking leads and reporting.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
