Part-Time B2B Sales & Partnerships

Location: Vancouver, BC

Type: Part-Time / Independent Contractor

Expected Hours: 8–12 hours per week

Compensation: $1,000/month retainer + performance-based commission

B-Box is a Vancouver-based meal company providing weekday lunch, corporate catering, school lunch, and recurring meal programs across Metro Vancouver.

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales & Partnerships Representative to help us develop new corporate, school, production, and institutional accounts.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and approach potential B2B clients
- Connect with Office Managers, HR teams, school administrators, event coordinators, and other decision-makers
- Conduct outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person visits
- Introduce B-Box lunch and catering programs
- Qualify potential clients and arrange meetings
- Follow up on proposals and opportunities
- Build and maintain recurring customer relationships

Who We’re Looking For You may be a strong fit if you:
- Have B2B sales, business development, catering, hospitality, foodservice, or account management experience
- Are comfortable with cold outreach




- Know how to reach and communicate with decision-makers
- Are organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Are familiar with Vancouver and the Metro Vancouver business community

Existing local business relationships are a strong asset.

Compensation

- $1,000 monthly retainer
- Performance-based commission on new accounts personally acquired
- Flexible part time schedule
- Initial 90-day trial period
- Opportunity to increase hours, responsibilities, and compensation based on performance
