G. Thompson Livestock Company Inc. is seeking to hire someone part time to assist with bedding. This is a outstanding opportunity for those with or without cattle experience, who have a willingness to train and learn about the cattle industry.

Terms of Employment: Part Time. Seasonal (October to April)

Salary: Hourly.

Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday: 8-5

Experience

- The ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Own transportation to and from work, must own a valid driver’s license (Class #3 preferred, but not required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Duties: The successful candidate will serve as a General Farm Laborer to the Feedlot Managers assisting with a variety of functions as follows:
- Fixing and maintenance of pens
- Bedding
- Other duties as assigned as needed

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement

- French not required
