Job Summary

Udocare Solutions Inc. is seeking a warm, organized, and proactive Client Care & Business Development Coordinator to support families seeking home care and help grow our agency.

For many families, reaching out for care is a significant decision. We want their first conversation with us to feel attentive, clear, and helpful. In this role, you will respond to inquiries, learn what each family needs, guide them through our intake process, and maintain thoughtful follow-up. You will also build referral relationships, support outreach and marketing, and help turn interest in our services into ongoing client relationships.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable discussing services and pricing, and can balance compassion with consistent follow-through.

What you will do

Client inquiries and care coordination

- Respond promptly and professionally to calls, emails, website inquiries, and social media messages.
- Speak with prospective clients and families to understand their care needs, preferences, location, timing, and questions.
- Explain our services, intake process, and next steps in clear, reassuring language.
- Arrange consultations or assessments with the appropriate team member and follow up afterward.
- Help new clients complete intake paperwork and move smoothly from their first inquiry to the start of services.
- Coordinate with the care team about client availability, service requests, and changes that affect care.
- Check in with clients and families, respond to non-clinical concerns,

and direct care or safety concerns to the appropriate clinical lead.

Business development and follow-up

- Maintain an organized record of inquiries, referrals, conversations, and next steps.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients who are considering care, without pressuring them.
- Identify opportunities to connect with community organizations, health professionals, and other potential referral partners.
- Support outreach activities, introductory meetings, and local events as needed.
- Help develop practical ways to improve the experience from first contact to booked service.
- Track basic measures such as inquiry volume, response times, consultations booked, new clients, referral sources, and reasons prospective clients do not proceed.

Marketing and communication

- Help plan and create clear, useful social media content that introduces our services and answers common questions from families.
- Coordinate approved photos, testimonials, and service information for marketing materials.
- Monitor messages and comments on agency channels and ensure inquiries receive a timely response.
- Share recurring questions and feedback from families so we can improve our services and communication.

What you bring
- Robust communication skills and the ability to make people feel heard and respected.
- Confidence speaking with prospective clients, explaining services, asking thoughtful questions, and following up.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, including the ability to manage several conversations at different stages.
- Initiative, sound judgment, and comfort working independently in a growing business.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling personal and health information.
- Comfort using email, phone, spreadsheets or client tracking tools, and social media platforms.
- Experience in home care, health care, client services, sales, intake coordination, or community outreach is an asset.

You do not need to be a clinician to succeed in this position. You do need to recognize when a question or concern should be referred to a clinical team member rather than answered independently.
