D'Arcy Bain Physiotherapy has an opening for a part time physiotherapy aide/receptionist at our Main Street Clinic. This position is for afternoons/ evenings, 1-3 shifts/week with the possibility of additional hours.

Duties/Responsibilities

-Providing administrative and clinical support to the physiotherapists and massage therapist

-Answering phones, front desk reception, booking and confirming appointments, assisting with inquiries of client accounts, sending off insurance billings

-Should be familiar with computer and office equipment -Microsoft Office Word, fax, scanner, photocopier, debit/credit machine. Knowledge of Jane App software would be an asset.

-Keeping up with Laundry and prepping and cleaning patient rooms

-Preparing equipment for the therapist/assisting clients.

Candidate should be service-oriented, flexible, capable of multitasking, have excellent phone skills and enjoy working in a busy setting.

Must be available to work at our Main St and McPhillips Location as shifts will be at both clinics throughout the week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.40 per hour
