Duties

- Greet members warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their banking experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, ensuring proper cash management and cashiering procedures
- Assist members with account inquiries, product information, and basic troubleshooting
- Promote financial products and services tailored to member needs to support their financial goals
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols during cash handling and member interactions




- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and prepare transaction reports with precision
- Support team efforts by collaborating on daily tasks and ensuring a smooth branch operation
- PART-TIME 8 A.M - 3:30; NO WEEKENDS

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, ideally within financial services
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
- Ability to perform TELLER duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated aptitude for identifying member needs
- Basic understanding of financial services concepts
- Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility during branch operating times.

We are looking for a mature individual with Credit Union or banking experience. Join us in delivering memorable service that keeps members coming back! Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 37.5 per week
