Plusgrade is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for current clients from contract to go-live. You will lead technical onboarding, data mapping, and platform configurations while training partner teams to be fully confident on the platform.
You will leverage AI automations and workflows to automate recurring setup tasks, surface partner health signals early, and collaborate with Product and R&D; to remove blockers and keep launch timelines on track
