Anima Romana Bakery is looking for a passionate and reliable Pastry Chef to join their team full-time. Anima Romana brings the flavours and traditions of Italy to Toronto, with a focus on Italian pastries, cakes and quality handmade baked goods.

Full-Time | $25-30/hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of Italian pastries, viennoiserie and desserts
- Prepare doughs, creams, fillings and other pastry components
- Maintain consistent quality, freshness and presentation
- Assist with daily bakery production
- Maintain a clean, organized and food-safe workstation
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery setting

What we're looking for:

- Previous pastry or bakery experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Reliable, punctual and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for baking and Italian pastry
- Availability for full-time work, including weekends
