Our Halifax Location is growing, and we are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support daily operations and serve as a consistent, confident presence within the clinic.

The role The Patient Care Coordinator plays a key role in the day-to-day function of the clinic and acts as the primary front-facing presence for patients and staff.

This position requires confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking ownership, setting the tone for the clinic environment, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

- Overseeing daily front-of-house operations at the Halifax clinic
- Acting as a primary point of contact for patients and staff
- Supporting scheduling, coordination, and internal communication
- Ensuring front desk workflows run smoothly and professionally
- Assisting with inventory tracking and clinic organization
- Upholding and modelling the standards and culture of This is Sundays
- Supporting clinic social media and marketing efforts




- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of all front-of-house and shared clinic spaces, ensuring a consistently high standard of hygiene and client experience
- Supporting clinic opening and closing duties, including tidying, restocking, and preparing operations for the next day

Qualifications & attributes

- Experience in a patient-facing administrative, operations, hospitality, healthcare, or aesthetics role preferred
- Confident, polished, and professional communication style
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Calm, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced setting
- Genuine interest in medical aesthetics, skincare, or wellness
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Comfortable learning and working with digital scheduling and clinic systems
- Adaptability to evolving priorities
