Pay: 55-60/hr

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - downtown Vancouver

Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.

· You have 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or process analyst role, ideally supporting HR, HCM, or People & Culture processes.

· You have certification in Lean Six Sigma or an accredited business analysis designation, or equivalent practical experience applying structured analysis methods.

· You have solid experience with end-to-end process mapping, requirements gathering, and documenting current and future state workflows.

· You are confident facilitating interviews, workshops,



and working sessions with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.

· You can translate complex business needs into clear, structured documentation and actionable requirements.

· You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong ability to organize information clearly.

· You are comfortable working through ambiguity, asking thoughtful questions, and building alignment across stakeholders.

· Experience with Workday or other enterprise HR systems is an asset.

· You are proficient with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, JIRA and documentation platforms used to capture requirements and process flows.
