As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will prepare and administer medications, document client concerns, and promote self-care initiatives. You'll also support unregulated care workers through mentorship and education while performing necessary assessments and care plans. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Document and address client and family concerns
- Promote client self-care and preventative health education




- Complete assessments and care plans within required timeframes
- Guide and train unregulated care workers Requirements:
- Current registration as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
- Medication Administration Certificate
- At least one year of experience in Geriatric Nursing
- Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check Contribute to a compassionate community while enhancing the care of residents at Sienna Senior Living.
