- Monitor patient responses to medications, adjusting dosages as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive records of medication administration, patient interactions, and clinical notes
- Educate patients on medication adherence, health management strategies, and preventive care measures




- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical terminology standards, and pharmacy regulations at all times

Requirements

- Valid pharmacist license in good standing with relevant regulatory authorities
- Proven hospital experience with a focus on acute care environments
- Experience working with pediatric patients and understanding of pediatric medication protocols
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations
