Our company is seeking a pest control and wildlife removal technician. Possession of an Ontario Structural Exterminator licence is an asset but not necessary. We provide full training, and will assist the candidate in obtaining an exterminator licence if (s)he does not have one, but is the right fit.

We are now hiring pest control and wildlife removal technicians to be part of our team and family. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping others and will have experience working in a customer-focused environment. This is an entry-level position with growth potential and a lot of responsibility, so we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, and a team player that is willing to learn and grow.

Duties and Responsibilities include

- Perform all work based on our system, and ensure that quality service and proper IPM (Integrated Pest Management) policy and procedures are being observed and implemented
- Ensure that all rules, regulations, labels, procedures and instructions are being observed and followed during all work




- Focus on building and maintaining excellent relationships and customer satisfaction with all recent and existing clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients by answering customer inquiries, providing them with updates and making appropriate recommendations
- Maintain regular communication and a great working relationship with the rest of the team
- Ensure that all scheduled work on each workday is completed
- Maintain proper notes and reports from each workday
- Represent our company in a professional manner
- Properly maintain all equipment, uniforms and company vehicle
- Be able to work independently, and as part of the team as required
- Keep abreast of pest control industry changes, regulations, products and procedures
- Perform other duties as required

Requirements include

- High school or equivalent
- Valid G licence with clean driving record
- Previous experience working in the trades is an asset
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. A second language is a bonus.
- No criminal record
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Ability to take direction and is open to feedback
- Works well with others

Job Type: Part-time to start, and full-time once fully trained, licenced and passed probation.

Hours: 10 – 20 hours per week to start.

Pay: $20 per hour during training, and escalating hourly pay once fully trained, licensed and passed probation.
