Duties

- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering activities to ensure accuracy and security.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while fostering a welcoming environment that encourages teamwork and community involvement.

Skills

- Proven supervisory experience in retail management or store leadership roles with strong team management skills.




- Exceptional negotiation abilities combined with effective communication skills in a multilingual settings.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform math accurately for inventory counts, pricing adjustments, and financial reconciliations.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and a mininum G2 licence holder.
