We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Pharmacy Manager to lead our community pharmacy team. If you are a pharmacist who enjoys leadership, patient care, and making a difference in the community, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow.
- Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription dispensing.
- Provide exceptional patient care, counselling, medication reviews, vaccinations, and prescribing services.
- Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff.
- Maintain compliance with Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) standards and legislation.
- Manage inventory, ordering, documentation, and pharmacy procedures.
- Build solid relationships with patients, physicians,



and other healthcare professionals.
- Support the growth of pharmacy services and community outreach initiatives.

✅ Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist in Alberta and in good standing with ACP.
- Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA) required.
- APA membership required.
- Community pharmacy experience; previous management experience is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for patient care and excellent customer service.
- Kroll experience is an asset.

Pay: $62.00-$65.00 per hour
