- Assess prescriptions for appropriateness and safety
- Develop and implement patient-centered health plans
- Prepare, dispense, and counsel patients on medications
- Manage chronic disease therapies and substance treatment
- Supervise pharmacy staff for optimal service delivery Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy essential
- Valid license from Alberta College of Pharmacy
