Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring swift and correct transactions
- Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change with attention to detail and integrity
- Prepare pizza ingredients and assemble orders following established recipes and food safety standards
- Cook pizzas to perfection using kitchen equipment while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean,



organized workspace adhering to sanitation and food handling regulations at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
- Kitchen experience with an understanding of food industry standards and serving protocols
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
