Custom Extrusion Set-Up Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Custom Extrusion Set-Up Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initial set up and maintaining the Extrusions machines to ensure efficient production and quality output. Experience with a variety of plastic materials is a must.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up plastic extrusion machines, including die changes and equipment preparation
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor equipment adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle materials and package finished parts to production requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Employment Details

- Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Day-shift
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday (6:45am to 6:45pm)
- You will always have long weekends!!
- Compensation: Competitive starting wage, based on experience
- Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

Qualifications





- Minimum of 3 years’ experience setting-up custom extrusion profiles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
