About the Role

We're looking for an outgoing, energetic person to help dealers get started on CarDoorX, Canada’s first concierge automotive wholesale platform. You'll be the first person many dealers talk to at CarDoor. You'll follow up with dealerships that have shown interest in the platform, walk them through how it works, answer their questions and get them set up and buying.

This is an entry-level role with a lot of room to grow. You don't need automotive experience. We'll teach you the platform and the industry. What matters most is that you enjoy talking to people, communicate clearly and follow through.

What You'll Do

- Follow up with dealers who have responded to CarDoorX campaigns, by email and phone
- Reach out to dealers in our existing network to introduce CarDoorX and book onboarding calls

- Run live demos and information sessions, online and by phone, showing dealers how the platform works




- Guide new dealers through account setup and make sure they're comfortable using the platform
- Answer dealer questions and bring more complex issues to the right team members
- Keep accurate records of dealer conversations and follow-ups in our CRM
- Check in with newly onboarded dealers to make sure they're active and getting value
- Work with our dealer sales and vehicle acquisition teams to give dealers a smooth experience

What We're Looking For

- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, retail, customer service or another customer-facing role
- An outgoing, friendly personality and real enjoyment in talking with people
- Excellent spoken and written English, with a explicit, confident phone manner
- Comfortable presenting to small groups and explaining how something works in simple terms
- Organized and dependable, with strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable using computers, email and online tools; CRM experience is a plus
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Interest in cars or the automotive industry is a bonus, not a requirement
