Facilities Management and Ancillary Services - Building Operations

Position Summary

The incumbent installs, modifies, replaces, repairs and maintains plumbing accessories such as: sanitary, heat and cooling systems; compressed air; high-pressure steam networks; natural gas and drainage systems.

Qualifications

- Must have the "Certificat en plomberie" from Emploi-Québec OR "Certificat de Compétence Compagnon (Plombier)".
- Steam fitting license (required).
- Gas license (required).
- ASP Safety card (required).
- Preventive and troubleshooting experience are an asset.
- English and French functional spoken and read, English or French functional written.

Additional Details

Status: Full-Time

Hours of Work: 38.75 hours/week

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

The incumbent will be required to wear a mask and other required personal protective equipment (PPE) when working in designated areas.
