Job Summary

Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances across various facilities.
- Conduct HVAC system inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs to ensure optimal climate control.
- Weld components as needed for repairs or system modifications using appropriate welding techniques.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and plan repairs.
- Perform boiler maintenance, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Carry out general mechanical maintenance tasks such as appliance repair, system upgrades, and component replacements.




- Assist with construction projects related to plumbing or HVAC installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in plumbing, HVAC systems, or mechanical maintenance with a strong understanding of schematics and technical diagrams.
- Mechanical knowledge encompassing boiler operation, appliance repair, welding techniques, and general construction skills.
- Prior mechanic experience or construction background is highly desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems using detailed schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to document work accurately and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
