Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and water heaters in new construction and renovation projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently
- Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project activities and ensure seamless integration of systems
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues early and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling construction materials and operating heavy machinery or power tools
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used,



and project progress for documentation purposes

Requirements

- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance within commercial or residential settings
- Robust mechanical knowledge combined with construction experience to troubleshoot complex systems effectively
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams with precision
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics for assembly tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical specifications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and carpentry is highly desirable to support integrated building operations
- Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for transportation between job sites
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions safely
