Serve seniors at Prairie Lake Seniors Community as a Maintenance Worker, focusing on essential facility upkeep and safety. This role plays a crucial part in guaranteeing a well-maintained living environment. Under the supervision of the Site Leader and Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Worker is tasked with overall site maintenance, including building checks and groundskeeping.

This position requires effective communication and teamwork, working Monday to Friday to ensure all areas meet safety standards and exceed resident expectations. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute maintenance checks and ensure timely logging
- Maintain and repair the building and its grounds
- Paint suites and common areas for a fresh look
- Ensure winter pathways are secure and clear of snow
- Support fire safety initiatives and comply with regulations Requirements:
- Must have a High School diploma
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong organization and communication abilities
- Familiarity with building and fire codes is a plus
